Blind Spot's mission is to create a language of inclusion and provide the visually impaired with the necessary exposures to help them reach their highest potential alongside their sighted peers. Simultaneously, teaching those with sight to learn to be advocates for those who are visually impaired.  

We have limited funds set aside to support those who are blind and visually impaired through scholarship. We love supporting those within our community and would love to hear how we can support you! 

For each scholarship given, Blind Spot will work with the recipient's school to create an educational experience aligned with Blind Spot's mission. Recipients of scholarships will have the opportunity to help tailor the education provided to the school. An example of this includes an immersive classroom based hour- long educational session on blindness and visual impairment, the tools needed (cane, brailler, braille display), and occlusion goggles for students to try.
